I have use it several times in the past couple of weeks...learning how to get the fire going & keeping the proper temp has a learning curve...I do hope to master is..The oven itself was delivered by a very helpful driver ..The quality is top shelf..only thing I found wrong with it was a bent side shelf ..other than that its perfect..
